This exquisite Alexander McQueen kimono-style runway dress from the Fall/Winter 2010 "Angels & Demons" collection is made in a heavy scarlet and gold jacquard woven with embroideries of heraldic beasts, inspired by regal garments. Crafted in Italy, the silk dress features incredible voluminous sleeves that are connected to the hem, and a kimono collar extending into a finely pleated back panel. Its construction embodies McQueen’s couture craftsmanship and intricate tailoring.
It was also featured in Vogue China's September 2010 issue, worn by Tao Okamoto.
