Vintage Thierry Mugler Spring 1985 Gold Lamé Shell Corset
Thierry Mugler created his first personal fashion collection in 1973. By the 1980s, he had become an international sensation, known as the enfant terrible of French fashion.
In 1992, Mugler became an official member of Haute Couture. That same year, he presented his first couture collection.
Mugler was known for his exaggerated, strong fashion designs. His runway shows were equally dramatic. He saw fashion shows as a chance to build new fantasy worlds and tell the story of an extraordinary heroine each season.
This wonderful and very rare corset is from Mugler's Spring 1985 collection.
Size: FR42
